Our Coffee By Dear Green
Established in 2011 our Coffee Supplier Dear Green are based in the heart of Glasgow just a stone throw away from the Barrowlands and use only the highest quality of speciality grade coffee beans, they carry an ethical and social conscience in every element of their output. They work alongside just a few direct traders and farms who they know and trust to ensure transparency, traceability and sustainability. In 2020 they achieved a B Corp status. They are admittedly about people and the planet before profit.
Berto's Brownies
Berto is a Spanish Pastry Chef residing in Glasgow and has lived in Scotland for the last 30 years. His love for baking began as a child. He uses only the finest of ingredients in all of his brownies and is always changing his variety of flavours and toppings, all of his brownies are handmade using just his hands, whisks and bowls. Berto has also catered for the celebrities including former Prime Minister Gordon Brown and Sean Connery to name a couple!
